Online Service & Support Training during the COVID-19 Pandemic
In the past we have always offered a Service & Support Training for our dealers in the summer/autumn. This year, due to Corona, an on-site training at our Headquarters in Randersacker, Germany wasn’t possible. Therefore, we decided to offer an online Service & Support Training that took place in mid-September. The demand was overwhelming! More than 50 people from all over the world attended. Some of them turned night into day and exchanged their beds for their PCs (thanks to the time difference ). The training was held by Matthias, our Head of Service, and his team.
