Sales training for SOMNOmedics staff in Leutasch

Out of the office and into the mountains and exchange the desk chair for hiking boots for the national and international sales team training in the Austrian training center in the Leutasch.

Since our products can only be as good our customer service,  a SOMNO™ HD product training session took place on the Friday. Together with our product management team, the sales reps got to know the features and benefits of the SOMNO ™ HD that really sets it apart from the competition. The excellent signal quality and wireless sensors were covered as well as the user-friendliness thanks to the high-resolution touch screen and Intelligent Connect technology.

Sales techniques were covered on the Saturday morning. The goal to ensure that all customer requests were answered accurately and in a timely manner. Dr. Küchler provided employees with arguments, valuable tips and examples.

On Saturday as soon as the training was over, the hiking boots were put on and the sales team went hiking to the Wetterstein Hut and on Sunday the employees were free to explore the surroundings of the Leutasch training center.
