From 8-10 May, the international “Service and Support Training” took place at Somnomedics’ headquarters in Randersacker. We happily welcomed 23 of our dealers from 10 countries (Belgium, Denmark, Great Britain, Kuwait, Netherlands, Jordan, Norway, Saudi Arabia, Spain, Thailand) and led them through three days filled with comprehensive software training as well as hands-on training with all of our devices and tips and tricks for sleep lab installations. Other topics included cameras, troubleshooting, user and license managers.
In addition, in personal discussion with participants our team was able to share targeted information specific to the participants needs.
Two days of input were followed by a relaxed evening with a delicious dinner and a visit to the Juliusspital wine cellar in Würzburg.
