OtwoFellow – a convenient solution for overnight oximetry recordings.
Thanks to the continuous recording of oximetry, heart rate and activity, the OtwoFellow can be used in a variety of ways, e.g. as an oximetry screener, for therapy support for CPAP patients or to supplement sleep screenings with oximetry data.

- Basal: Chronically disturbed ventilation/diffusion
- Desaturation: Fluctuating drops in oxygen > 4 % and at least 8 sec duration after nocturnal breathing interruptions
