The 90th Annual Conference of the German Society of Cardiology took place in Mannheim from 3-6 April and as in previous years SOMNOmedics was an exhibitor and sponsor of the “Cardiovascular Sleep” abstract prize.
Once again, we had the opportunity to present our innovative solutions for long-term blood pressure measurement, with and without a cuff, to an attentive audience of specialists. In addition to the ABPMpro, a compact and easy-to-use cuff-based device, we also presented the SOMNOtouch™ NIBP, which enables continuous blood pressure measurement without a cuff.
A particular highlight of the meeting was our scientific dinner with inspiring exchanges between leading industry experts. The evening’s speakers included Prof. Gianfranco Parati (Istituto Auxologico Italiano, Milan), Prof. Dr. Olaf Oldenburg (Clemenshospital, Münster) and Prof. Dr. Joachim Weil (Sana Kliniken, Lübeck).
